Grand Ocean Hotel Apartments

The Ocean Hotel in Saltdean East Sussex is an iconic building in the coastal town. In 1999, the building was listed by English Heritage and in 2007 work started on this project to convert this magnificent art-deco building into 279 luxury apartments. Xypex materials were specified in this design and build project and used in its transformation. Xypex is utilized to waterproof the retaining walls and slabs of the ‘under-croft’ areas.
