Over 3,250 m of Xypex Admix was specified, across various areas including being used to protect the library to (BS 8102:1999) Grade 4 ‘Archive’ level of waterproofing. The retail, office area’s and the car park were all waterproofed to Grade 3 (BS 8102:1999) level of protection at a concrete thickness of only 150 mm.
